In today’s post we’d like to inform you about our popular fitness program exclusively for women with a female fitness trainer.
This program began as part of our Ottawa South Fitness Initiative from several years ago and was spun out into its own activity. Each year we open up registration 3 times to the public – once in the fall and twice in the winter – and we regularly have 30+ participants.
Maintaining our health and getting into shape can be challenging for many of us. We know of its importance to our overall health. We’ve made it easy for our community by providing the fitness classes 2 – 3 times a week. We offer classes in the mornings and in the evenings to cater to the schedules of participants. Our morning classes take place in our community hall at SCSS (1216 Hunt Club Rd) whereas our evening classes take place at Hetherington Community Centre.
